divorced in okla. moved to az. no address or phone number for child

my ex wife and i were divorced in okla. in the divorce decree it states that she will pay half the plane ticket for my son to see me is she moves to az. or calif. she moved to az about 4mths ago. she has never gave me a home address and now she has changed the phone number .it is unlisted and i have no way to contact my son.is the decree in okla. honored in az? or do i have to find a lawyer in az. to handle the case? or do i have to start in okla? no address makes it hard to serve any papers to go to court. i need help,thank you

You are definitely permitted to "domesticate" and then enforce your Oklahoma Decree here in Arizona. There are ways, of course, of locating your ex-Wife and child, which may ultimately involve the use of our private investigators.
