I am divorced and want my name removed from ex-wife mortgage. She said she would do it, but is dragging her feet to do it. What can I do?

Sometimes it is easier to address these type of post divorce issues with competent legal counsel. Ex spouses sometimes want to drag things out because they do not qualify to re-finance the property on their own because they have credit issues/income.
