Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
My Ex and I were divorced 27 years ago. Now he has sent me a paper to sign ove the stock we had so he can sell them. They are not alot of stock, but I know I will not get my share. How can I accomplish this. Is it legal to sign the name I had and do not have now because it appeared on the stock that way?
