Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I have been divorced for about 4 years. Can I take my ex husband back to court for spousal support? I have had a hard time making ends meet since he left me.

The answer depends on what your divorce decree provides, if the spousal support language is non-modifiable, then no you won't be able to seek support now.

I would need to know more. If you voluntarily WAIVED spousal, then that waiver is generally irreversible. If you were awarded some, and want it modified, it depends upon the language in your Decree.

Email me with more details and I can give a more precise answer.
