divorceing a inmate

if i file divorce papers how long dose a inmate have to respond,or can i be granted a divorce by defalt?

If a person is served in Arizona, they have 20 days to respond before a default application can be filed. If they are served outside Arizona, they have 30 days to respond. After a default application is filed, they have an additional 10 day "grace period" to file a Response. If nothing is filed by the end of the grace period, you can proceed with the default hearing.
