Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
divorcing someone you can't find
My wife and I went our seperate ways 5 years ago. I have no idea where she is. I would like to get a divorce so that I can remarry. My job takes me all over the country but I have been in Arizona for a few years now. Can I get a divorce here without finding her?

Re: divorcing someone you can't find
Yes, you can. Not finding her does effect, however, what you can ask for in the divorce.
I can explain the procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.
Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Alicia to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
