Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

DNA test negative

I have been divorced for 3 years and always paid child support. Now I had reasons to get the kids dna tested and I am not their biological father. What are the legal steps I can take? Do I get the paid child support back? Do I have any rights as a father? What can I do?

Re: DNA test negative

I could answer each question "yes", "no", or "maybe".

These are all very complicated issues under Arizona law. It depends upon so many factors, I would rather not guess at a response.

I can explain the issues and procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
