Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I have document that my ex and I wrote and was noterized and put in with are divorce packet . Stating that neither one of us wants child support from one another. Can She or I go after child support?

Child support is always modifiable if there is a substantial and continuing change(15% or greater). There is no waiting period to change it.
