Domesticating Order

I have a case out of TX, no one lives there anymore. Want to file child support in AZ, do I have to domesticate the final order from TX. No child support was ever established.

Re: Domesticating Order

You need to get certified copies of your divorce decree and any subsequent modifications. Once you do, you can domesticate the order and move to establish or modify child support as necessary.
