Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Can I ask for a drug test?

I have full custodial rights of my two children. I allow visitation every other weekend. I have learned that my children's husband is a daily marijuana user. I am concerned about my children being in that environment. It should be noted that the children's father is an alcoholic who has spent time in rehab. Do I have the right to ask him for a drug test?

Re: Can I ask for a drug test?

Yes. Absolutely.

I can explain the procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Audrey to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation. I look forward to talking with you.
