Re: drug testing

This response assumes you are supposed to take the drug test for family court purposes, not criminal court purposes. If you skip the test, you will be presumed "dirty." In other words, the end result is likely to be the same. As such, from a family law perspective, if you were my client, I would advise you to comply with the order to take the test. I believe it is better to take the test and be positive than to skip the test (violating the order) and still be considered positive.
