how much do i have to let my drunk husban see my son while i'm tring to save money to divorce him?

Well, both parents have a qualified right for parenting time with any children. However, if your "drunk husband" truly has a drinking problem and he is unsafe around your son when drunk or drinking, etc., you may want to get a preliminary order from a court on a parenting time/visitation plan, say one that requires he only see the child with supervision.
