Re: Emergency Custody of minor child

Thank you for your inquiry. Depending on whether any other legal papers have ever been filed (e.g. whether you are divorce or were never married, and if paternity has already been established), there are different sets of documents to fill out.

We offer a free initial consultation. All scheduling is done centrally through our front office, so please contact our office (480.792.9770) to schedule a time to meet with one of our attorneys regarding the details of your situation.

When you call, please be prepared to let our scheduler know how you were referred to our firm (e.g. personal referral, legal services plan, online search engine/website, etc.).

Sincerely,

Monica H. Donaldson
