Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I am at the end of my divorce. I have two children 4 and 5 years old. My soon to be ex-husband was just convicted of domestic violence and criminal damage. In a custody battle where does he stand? I moved here from Texas two years ago just support my husband in medical school. With all intentions of moving back to Texas. My minor children were born in Texas. I want to move back with them. What are my chances of being able to move?

Convincinga Judge to allow relocation is always difficult. BUT, given the situation you describe, you should have a stroing argument.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options for relocation.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gina or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
