Thea easiest way to handle this is for the parties to sign a stipulation to stop the spousal maintenance and to terminate any existing wage assignment. This should be a simple matter. You can do it by agreement but otherwise, you can file a motion to terminate maintenance and if you have a copy of your agreement or decree, you can attach a copy of what reflects that marriage ends maintenance. If she fails to object, the court will order it.
