Enforcing a Court Ordered Parenting Plan

How can I ensure that the court ordered parenting plan is followed by my ex and hus new spouse? They are not adhering to the plan and I do not have the money to go to the family court advisor every month. Can there be any additional legal action taken? The issues: pick up and drop off times not being honored, involving child in delivering information, refusal to talk on the phone

Sounds like you need to ask the court to appoint a parenting coordinator.
