There is obviously, quite a few things you would need to do, but it varies tremendously case-by-case. Basically, you need to prepare your evidence that will prove what you want the Judge to know about you, your X, and the overall picture.
I can explain some of the issues and procedures better by phone or in person. There is too much to cover via e'mail (and I am not the greatest typist). We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.
