Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My ex-boyfriend declined the testing at the hospital and signed the voluntary affidavit of paternity despite the fact that we both knew it was possible that another man could be the biological father. We broke up two months after my son was born and is not a part of our lives anymore. My son is now two years old and I'd like to know if it's possible to have the other man paternity tested? He's incarcerated right now so I'm not sure whether or not that may affect the ability to have the testing done. Thank you!

You absolutely can have the alleged Father tested, through the filing of a "Complaint in Paternity".
