Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My ex-husband has been unemployed since our separation 2 years ago, and since then has been collecting unemployed *for almost a year while working under the table for a friend) I only get $64/mo in support for our 2 children. Is there anything I can do to get the judge to speak with him about getting a job to help support our 2 children, and the 2 other children he has??

You need to get an enforcement action filed. The judge won't "talk" to him but may make strong enough statements about his obligations to get your ex to do it. You might ask the court to refer him to accountability court, which is handled by the presiding family law judge.

You have the right to file for modification of child support, and claim that he is "intentionally underemployed".

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.
