Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My ex-wife used a false date of birth on our marriage license and both of my childrens birth certificates. Was this ever a legal marriage?

It might be fraud but it wouldn't necessarily be enough to invalidate a marriage. She could maybe be charged with submitting fraudulent forms to the government and/or deceiving you (if in fact you were deceived) but that is about it. It's unlikely it would even be prosecuted, especially if no one was hurt by it. If you want the forms fixed, you probably could request correction of the documents and provide proof of the correct birthdates, with or without her consent as you were also a spouse/parent.

Best of luck!
