Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
My ex-wife and I have joint custody, and I am the custodial parent. She is allowed to receive the children during their school breaks. This year my older two children are in a different school district than my one youngest son. This year their spring breaks fall on different weeks. My question is do I legally have to send my youngest child to his mothers house? I have had past involvement with CPS and do not trust her or her ex-felon of a boyfriend!
