Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My ex-wife and I have joint custody, and I am the custodial parent. She is allowed to receive the children during their school breaks. This year my older two children are in a different school district than my one youngest son. This year their spring breaks fall on different weeks. My question is do I legally have to send my youngest child to his mothers house? I have had past involvement with CPS and do not trust her or her ex-felon of a boyfriend!

My quick answer is that you should abide by the Court Orders, OR SEEK to modify them.

Please come in soon. We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options for modification. This is obviously a very important matter, and you should not go in alone.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Paige or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
