ex-wife trying to modify custody,child support
My ex wife and I have been divorced since 2002. We have joint legal custody of our son..time almost split equally. child was 7 months old at the time..he is five now. now that he is in kindergarten, ex wants me to see him only every other weekend and one day a week. she stopped working to have more children with her current spouse. there are nothing limiting her from working. Will it be easy for her to change the parenting time. I want it to stay the same. Will the court look at imputed income from the job she just quit?

My simple answers are that a Judge could and should impute income to her, and that merely quitting her job may not, in and of itself, warrant a custody modification.
