Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
My ex-wife recently signed a stipulation to modify child support and fully understood the document when she signed and notarized the document. She called my lawyer and asked to speak to him. I notified my lawyer that I don't want to be financially responsible for her to waste my funds so she can ask questions, when she herself can ask someone else for legal advice. My lawyer now is saying that I am financially responsible for her phone contact when I have told him that I don't want him to speak to her. Is there anything I can do to stop contact or at least not be responsible for her?

This isn't a question... it is a complaint about your lawyer billing you because your ex called him
