Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
My ex-wife will not answer the phone to let me talk to my two little girls for over 6 months now. She has recently disconnected it. She has full custody. I live overseas in the US airforce, and she is back in the states. I have called child protective services who say there is nothing I can do. I have called the police who have not been able to help, I have tried base legal who cannot help, the last lawyer told me I have to wait till I am back in the states to change the custody arrangements. Surely this is illegal of her to keep the kids from me? What are my rights as a father? What are my options here? This is killing me not being able to talk to my children or see them or know where they live. Please help??

If she is violating a court order, you might consider either an enforcement or contempt action. Sounds like you might need to hire someone local to assist you. Feel free to contact our office.

If she is in Arizona, we can help you by eitehr contacting and leaning on her to do the right thing, or filing a motion with the Court ORDERING her to do the right thing.
We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.
Please email me directly to discuss the specifics of your matter. [email protected].
