we are getting divorced we both signed agreement to pay bills together and he gave computer to my son. now he is paying nothing and wrote and demanded computer back. what do i do

It sounds like you have an enforceable Rule 69 agreement. If you agreed in writing to divide the bills, you can file the agreement with the court with a form of order and request that the court order that the payments be made. If there is no signed agreement, you might need to consider requesting temporary orders.
