Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Family Law- in 2012 my ex-girlfriend and had baby together and I signed the birth certificate in Tampa, Florida. Turns out the child was not my and now she lives in Arizona and I live in Florida. In January 2015 we had court hearing at Arizona and all parties agree to do genetic test through Corp Lab arrange by State Attorney because I believe I was not the child biological father and four weeks we receive the test result show negative I was not the child biological father and the Arizona State Attorney would not dismiss the case against me and still seek child support from me. Please help me or give me guidance. Thank you

Please call soon. We need to file a Motion to Dismiss ASAP. This is obviously a very important matter, and you should not go in alone.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Katie or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
