Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Family Law- have joint custody, mom left state

My ex and myself have been living in AZ for several years, two weeks ago she left to texas. We have a court order joint custody. I'm supposed to have him 10 day per month and she is supposed to have him the remainder. What rights do I have in this? Can i go to the court and file to enforce the order? Is it too late? What can I do to get my son as per the court order says?
