Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

A family member went to court and was granted temp. Custody claiming i was an unfit parent without any investigation into her allegations was instantly granted custody and my child was removed from my home that day. Why was she able to have this instant removal w/o proof?

You really need to review that family member's petition for custody that was filed with the court along with the court's order granting the temporary custody request.
