Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Father not involved at all.

Is there anything I can do as to abolishing the rights of my daughters father. He has not seen her since she was 8 months old. She is 4 now. He has never paid a dime in child support, and I when I get married I would like my husband to be able to legally adopt her. So How do I go about getting him to give up his rights to her. I dont even know where he is. He has never shown any intrest in her so I would like him not to have any claim to her. Sorry if I sound mean, but I want her to have a real dad.

Thank you
