Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

The father of my teenage boys was accused of molesting his adopted teenage daughter and was supposed to go to trial this month however it was moved to April because he is plea bargaining. He was claiming innocence. Does this mean he is guilty and do I still have to send my boys to see him over spring break as our custody agreement states?
