father will not let me see daughter

i was diagnosed with brain cancer and decided to give my husband full custody now he is not letting me see our 9 yr old daughter. what can I do to get the ball rolling in the courts and get my daughter back

You either need to file a Petition for Enforcement or Modification. I would need to know more about what has occurred.
