Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Father/Grandparent Rights

My daughter-in-law went to Tennesse on vacation Oct. 2006 to show off my 2 month old granddaughter, now 4 months old. She decided on the 6th of January, 2 days before she was suppose to come home, that she wasn't coming back. Does my son, the biological father and husband or myself have any legal rights.

Re: Father/Grandparent Rights

The Father, of course, has rights. Grandparents also have specific rights in Arizona, but not while the parents are married.

We can absolutely help.

I can explain the procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
