Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
Is a father's child support affected/decreased if he has married and the new wife has a child, creating two dependents?

His new spouse's child would not affect child support unless he adopted that child (since he does not have a legal obligation to support that child).
No.
We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options regarding child support.
One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.
