father's rights

ex has physical custody, but I have our daughter more days during the year. she thinks she can change the visitation schedule because of her having physical custody. Also what are my rights as a father?

Are there Court Orders? I would need to know more to be able to better answer your questions. If there ARE Court orders, then you both either must agree to changes or stick to the Orders. She does not have the right to simply change Court Orders. If there ARE NOT any orders, then you need to take appropriate steps to get some Orders in place.
