In order to not violate the Court orders (or the law), Father should take appropriate steps to seek a modification to the orders.

We can certainly help him consider and then pursue his options.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gloria or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation

My cousing is pregnant and wants me to take the baby as soon as it is born. What paperwork do I need to do to get guardianship or custody so that the baby can be released to me right after birth. This is a consented release we just need to know how to get it done legally so she doesn't have to see the baby. She does not want to even hold the baby or make any decisions for the baby. He is due in the next couple weeks so we need to know right away how to get this done.

Thanks
