Fifteen year old mother leaves home
My 23yr old son has a chlid with a 15yr old child, she recently left her mothers home due to the reaccuring verbal mental and physical abuse her and her sisters indure, my son had no idea of her age when they started dating 1yr ago.
my son drove her away from her mothers home just after another incident took place. Can you please tell me how much trouble my son can get into for his part in this sad situation. (fathering a baby w/ a minor & helping her to leave her mothers home. there is drug use on the part of the abusive mother. thank you in advance. gratefully--name removed--

Your Question is more of a Criminal Question. As for Family law if the child does not live with the father he should pay child support. However I advise to speak with a Criminal Attorney. Good luck
