Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
I am trying to file a response to an Application & Affidavit for default that my exboyrfiend filed in Arizona. My children and I live in California and have an open case against the ex for visitation/custody. Is there a form for Maricopa county that I should be writing my response on? I have not had any luck locating this form on the court's website, or do I just type it off and send it to the courthouse?

Look for a form "Response" to whatever he filed against you. Complaint in Paternity? Petition to Establsih? I would need to know more. (But its NOT going to be called a Response to Application for Default).
You should be able to find the correct response form at the Maricopa County self service center: http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/SuperiorCourt/Self-ServiceCenter/.
TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE! You need to respond within ten days after her filed the Application for Default.
ALSO, YOU NEED TO OBJECT TO ARIZONA'S JURISDICTION if you believe it should be a California case. In some instances, if you fail to object in your first pleading, you "waive" your objection.
