Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
My ex filed for a court case to establish custody, legal decision making and child support a little over a month ago. Her and her fiance were suppose to be married May 10th 2015 but she just emailed me that they are married now. So I guess they went to the justice of the peace to get it on paper. They she emailed me that he is my sons legal stepdad now and I have to respect him. I am wondering if when we get to the child support area once we even have a court date will the court also include her now husbands income? Right now we share 50% time and custody with him.

No. Presently Arizona does not recognize new significant others'/spouses' income in calculating child support.
