Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I have filed for divorce and my wife has already moved out over a month ago. Most of her belongings are still here including things that we had listed in the "community property" that will go to her. She has told me for 4 weeks in a row that she is coming to move the rest of her stuff but she never shows up. How long do I have to keep holding onto it?

Generally speaking, you cannot dispose of anything (whether it is "community" property or her own separate property during the divorce without her written consent. If she hasn't already picked up "her" items at the time your case is ready to be finalized, then one of the provisions in your documents needs to be a timeframe for her to do so and the consequences if she chooses not to.
