Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I filed a fiance visa for my gf in Thailand. We have a son together born in Thailand. He is a US citizen and has his USA passport. What are my rights when she enters the USA as far as custody for my son? She has been acting really crazy lately, and I want to make sure I keep my son with me if things dont work out and she goes back to Thailand.

I would need to know so much more. Perhaps your best protection would be to have her sign a Custody Agreement. Without such, I am cocnerned as to what rights you do or will have.
