Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I filed a petition for custody of my child, the respondent has not answered and the case is in default, I did not send the notice to the respondent untill 4days of the expiration date will this effect my case?

No. Sending notice too soon can be a problem. But, filing it a few days late is not.
