im filing for divorce and sole custody of my son,once i file can i leave the state of arizona?

Once the divorce has been filed, you cannot take your child out of the state of Arizona during the divorce without the other party's consent or an order of the court. I recommend you consult with an attorney to discuss this matter in greater detail.
