In Arizona you must first follow the requirements of A.R.S. 25-408 prior to your relocation. You must provide a letter 60 days prior to your relocation to the other parent. That letter must be sent by certified mail return receipt requested or personally served on the other parent. You need to read the rest of the statue as to what to do if there is an emergency forcing you to relocate, and what to do if the other parent objects. In Arizona the statutes are all available on line.
