Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

All I am trying to find out is...how long is the waiting period for a divorce to be final in AZ. Everything is agreed upon. No kids....no big issues...a little spousel support...and a home that we will divide the sale assests from.

It depends on the judge to whom you submit the decree. You cannot submit the decree for 64 days from the date of service. If you are in Maricopa County, you can schedule a Consent Decree date to be signed, where you can walk it in to the commissioner. Otherwise, it depends on how busy the judge is to whom you have to submit the decree.
