Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

First of all, I want to know if this is really FREE. This is a question I was to ask for free.

Well, before getting married in November 2010, I signed a pre nup, whereas my fiance wanted both of us to be responsible for our own finances. I figured that this included our tax returns, but now he tells me only he can file a return as head of household. Which category do I fall into? I own my home, of which I have the title. I did live with him in his place. Makes me wish I didn't get married. What can I do.

I cannot answer the tax question.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options for divorce if you beleive that is what you want.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gina or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
