Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Im trying to help a friend of mine(honest) who, depite not having a crimminal record nor breaking any law was forced to surrender hiimself last night or watch his family, friends and associates face further harrassment by the sherrifs of Joe Aripiao, stupidest lawman in America. David was a "deadbeat dad" but had recently come to an agreement with his exwife promising his portion of the money to be made from the sale of his late mother"s house regardless off the time nor the amount of the sale. Some facts that may or may not be relevent his daughter, Shelby, is now 17, his mom, Phylis, passed approxamently 2 yrs ago, and the house, which was paid for, was legally willed to David and 3 siblings one which currently and indefinately lives in the aforementioned house. These facts are known by his exwife. I would like to help Dave out but being unemployed and having a family of my own that I struggle to provide for every waking moment leaves me with limited resources. His siblings are either unable or unwilling to help. The day of his incarceration David told me he needed to find a lawyer who could write a letter stating her willingness to change the present agreement for the new one. With access to his will and power of atty. can I, by way of legal forms, satisfy his wife and the courts and get him released? TimothyDecker

A simple letter is probably not enough. We would need a stipulation signed by both of them which includes her forgiving the amounts owed, and an agreement to quash the arrest warrant and allow his release. Such would need to be signed by the assigned Judge.

We can certainly help him consider and then pursue his options. However, I am not currently in a position of being above to offer free assistance. I would propose that he continue to reach out to his close ones for assistance with our fees. This is obviously a very important matter, and he should have expereinced legal assistance.

If you truly beleive she wil sign, then I can draw up the necessary documents for a flat fee of $1,000. There will also be an $81 filing fee.

Please contact me if you wish to go forward on these terms.
