Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
I have a friend that is a performer and he travels to different states. During one of his stops he had sex with a girl and she might have gotten pregnant. She contacted him and told him and he has made a few visits to see the child. He told her that he was going to get a DNA test done and after that she informed him that he is not the father and that she is moving to Alaska to be with a guy she met online. Is there anyway for him to stop her until a test can be done and if not can his mother give her DNA to get the test results?

I can only speak as to Arizona law. If the child was conceived out of state, then Arizona likely would not be involved.
In Arizona, he could file an action, alleging the POTENTIAL that he is the Father, and seeking a restriction on Mother's anticipated relocation.
IF THIS IS AN ARIZONA CHILD, we can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.
