Is she living on her own? If so, she may be able to pursue "emanicipation". Otherwise, her parent or guardian would need to seek a modification on her behalf.

We can certainly help her or her parent or guardian consider and then pursue thier options.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in detail.

Please have them call us directly to discuss the specifics of the matter, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
