Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I have full custody of my two children ages 11 and 16, and I would like to move out of state with the children. What legal rights do I have as a parent that currently resides in Arizona as to have the judge grant permission to leave the state? My x husband wrote off custody of my 16 year old son- giving me full custody so I have no issue with moving out of state. However for my 11 year old whom will be 12 in December I have concern and question regarding what the legal statue states for moving out of state.

If the Father has court=ordered parenting time, then you must provide 60 days advance written notice, via "restricted return receipt" mail. Dad then has 30 days to object. If he does object, it will be up the Judge.

THERE IS MUCH MORE TO IT.
