Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

full custody and moving

My son's bio. father left 9 days before my son was born. I have sole and physical custody; my ex-husband has 3rd party, supervised visitation only. He hasn't attempted any visitation until recently, so we have started therapeutic reunification. I was just offered a job about 100 miles away. There is nothing in my divorce or custody papers that mentions not being allowed to relocate. I am wondering what are the proper channels to pursue this possible move. Is there legal paperwork that needs to be filed? Do I need an attorney to file it? If it doesn't affect weekly therapeutic reunification visit, is my ex-husband allowed to fight the move?
